Ida died in 1954, and Howard sold the home to the Morris family in 1958 for $21,000, and the Morris family sold the home by 1962 to the O'Hallaran family. They lived in the home at least as late as 1968, and eventually sold it to the Schofields. The Schofield family listed the home for sale in May 1988, asking $225,000, and eventually sold ot to the Wolmans for $195,000. The Wolman family sold the home in 2015 for $380,000.
